My first steps into the world of Sound
I remember the profound love and joy I felt when I played the bowls for the first time. It’s difficult to put into words the deep sense of knowing I experienced in that moment. I realized I had a natural ability to play. The following year opened doors to new experiences—different locations, groups, and opportunities to travel while remaining fully present in each offering. These experiences helped me grow comfortable playing in front of others. I often felt as if my higher power was fast-tracking me, and I continue to marvel at how effortless life feels when you’re aligned with your soul’s purpose.
My first training brought immense awareness and joy. I knew I had discovered a place where I truly belonged and could contribute meaningfully. After countless trainings and experiences, my offerings feel grounded and confident. Of course, when I first arrive to set up, I’m always focused and intent on ensuring everything is ready (not perfect!) before the doors open. Beyond setting up my instruments, I follow a personal ritual to prepare: a moment of inner reverence and gratitude, where I intentionally separate ego from my presence. Remaining open to divine guidance and my higher power is essential for each offering, and I’m humbled by this process.
I continue to learn and grow with every session, deeply appreciative of witnessing my clients’ transformations, releases, and newfound awareness of their healing path. As facilitators, we hold space and offer the skills that empower clients to embrace their sovereignty and take ownership of their healing journey.
